I was witness to a potential abduction outside my partner's flat.
It was very surreal, and I wondered if I was making something out of nothing. Rang my partner (who was at work), and he also felt it was off.
So rang police - and I was the second person to ring it in. Luckily I had a pic of the car and reg.
It wasn't a snatch and go, like snatched off the street bundled into the back of a van - it looked like the woman was firmly coerced into the car.
I'll probably never find out if it was something, but glad I rang police.

I'm working on my confidence and putting myself out there now to try and make friends, as that's something I've struggled with throughout my life (not realising it was because I was neurodiverse until recently, but at least I'm aware of it now and can support myself accordingly.)
The first step was joining virtual groups like this one, but I've now joined a choir, and I'm doing a West End Outings event, so hoping this will help me in the coming weeks/months.
Autumn really feels like a new start which is lovely. 🍂

Started a new job 5 days ago. Had the Manager add something to my computer today and in the little office I share with 2 or 3 others I said I'd give him some space and would spread my legs. Meant *stretch my legs*. He either didn't hear or decide not to comment, and the other two didn't clock it either ... tonight will be a large glass of wine. How I kept my cool I'll never know.

It is astounding how the wrong words just pop out of your mouth at the worst possible time!
I have been a massive fan of Fascinating Aida since the 1980s. I finally got to meet them and - to my eternal embarrassment - announced that "they never fail to disappoint", absolutely the opposite of what I was trying to convey. Never disappoint / never fail to entertain / whatever, I f'd-up majorly.
Never talk to your idols. As someone, disputed as to whom, once said "It is better to keep one's mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt."
There. I've said it. First step on the road to redemption. Maybe Dillie, Adele, and whoever is the 3rd will eventually forgive me.

I once met Rachel Tucker and told her how much I liked her Scottish accent, even though I knew full well she's Irish. Oh, the embarrassment.

I had the most horrendous week at work, and took this whole weekend to recharge myself for the coming week.
Cleaned the bathroom.
Performed fragments of 'Hamilton' to my puzzled partner, whilst dumping a lot of info on him.

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious!

Mixed day at work. Started off hilarious, many laughing fits. I'm so glad this is possible in our office from time to time.
But in the afternoon it all went downhill.
An early night for me tonight.

So the medical thing I thought was a THING isn’t a thing at all. I feel like I’m dodging potholes all the time.
