Do you HAVE to have lots of dance training to be on it??
And the presenter doing the backstage segments??

Watched 10 minutes. Never heard of any of the "celebrities". Gave up. Had a bath listening to Encore radio instead.

I thought it was ok and I had heard of them all. They did a fair job of the dances in my opinion and the critiques were very fair and encouraging.
