Happy Christmas and A Time For A Digital Detox?

I'm sure it's a good idea in principle, but it isn't going to happen for me as I plan to use all the spare time over Xmas and New Year, when I can't go to the theatre/cinema or walk, to catch up on a vast list of overdue admin. So in fact I'll be spending more, not less time online than usual, though I will try to have some screen breaks to read instead.
