Its just started previews at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre with Cate Blanchett in lead role. I know this is in New York. But has anyone seen it in the city or in Sydney?

Yes, I saw it in Sydney.
I'm not a huge fan of Chekov nor Cate Blanchett,but I would watch Richard Roxburgh read out the phone book!

Her performance in Blue Jasmine was something to be hold. And the fact she did this in a small theater company says something bout her. |

And she works a lot with the Sydney Theatre Company - she and her husband were CEO's and artistic directors until 2013 . |
