Really am looking forward to seeing this again not just for the cast but I also loved the show itself. Don't usually see shows twice either.
And I'm not sure how long it would be until Sheridan does another musical!

As Sheridan Smith seems like box office gold in a musical, I am sure that producers will still be falling over themselves to get her to do another show. I still think she would make a fabulous Bridget Jones if that musical ever comes to fruition.

They just send out the casting call for the tour. Looks like they are recasting most of the roles. That's sad, was hoping some would stay. They really are an incredible cast. |

Lots of the cast are going on to other shows - they've been a successful bunch at the moment which is why.

I do agree, the whole of the London cast are fab. I really enjoyed seeing them all perform and they're all great! It is good though if this has sprung off more opportunities for the cast though |

Enough is enough is enough!
It is hard for professional actors to "move on" sometimes, the temptation of more regular income and definite work. But from a professional career stand point you have to "move on" to new projects and try and develop.

Going to see this tonight. I think Natasha is on. I'd like to see Sheridan but I'm just glad to get to see this before it closes.

Natasha Barnes was amazing in Funny Girl. Instantly likeable. Even though I have not seen Sheridan in the role I felt Natasha's acting was quite similar to how quirky Sheridan is. Singing was fantastic too.

Does anybody know if the stage door is likely to be busy on the last day? It was insane on the last day of LB so I imagine it will be similar. Sheridan was heading off to the cast party so only signed for those of us at the barrier. |

With Plymouth being added recently to the tour, are we assuming Sheridan's final performance as Fanny Brice will be July 15, 2017 and then possibly the alternate will take over from there for any added tour dates from thereafter? I can't imagine Sheridan will want to do this for more than 5/6 months on the road in complete honesty.  |

Baz in today Daily Mail has interviewed Natasha she intimated she may be doing part of the tour, although he was keen to point out nothing had been signed. Apparently she has nothing lined up after Cinderella - yet. I inferred from the article that she was waiting to see if anything else turned up and if it didn't would do (part) of the tour of Funny Girl.
