Leicester Square Theatre (although haven't seen much there that you could say was properly 'theatrical') followed by the Young Vic then the NT.

Me three. It's the only spreadsheet I've voluntarily used.... me four. date/show/theatre/seat/price paid/other things like cast, company I went with etc. Ditto - my spreadsheet has Column 1 = Day and either evening or matinee / Date/ Name / 2 tickets or 1 / Theatre and seat number / print at home or posting / reference number. (I "add comment" as to who I've gone with or plan to take rather than devote a column to them. And I don't do costs as I'd fear for my mental health). And yet twice this year I've booked myself to two shows on the same date! Twice! I've had to add rows for holidays too because I just appear to be that flakey. Back to the Theatre/most time in - Adelphi. Wish it were somewhere with a bit of marble (Palladium) or Art Deco (Savoy), but it ain't.

Aside from the Sunderland empire (48 times!), in London my most visited is the Savoy at 20 times due to my obsession with Legally Blonde (the first show I saw there).

Definitely my local, Curve Leicester.
Followed by the two big Birmingham Theatres.
London wise it's a tie between quite a few London theatres. But i don't think it really counts as so far i've not been to a venue more than twice. Mainly down to not really being a repeat visitor to shows, and also only regularly attending London theatre for the last couple of years or so.

Well the outright winner would be Britannia Pier Theatre in Gt Yarmouth due to the fact that I worked there as a stage hand for 4 summer seasons. 2nd place would be the RSC at Stratford as I lived in Stratford for a while and also had family living in the area so plenty of visits there. London it has to be Her Majesty's because when I moved to London I obsessed on Company (9 visits) and after that on The Good Companions (3 visits) and of course the obligatory visit to Phantom of the Opera.

I'd have to look up the exact numbers in my spreadsheet, but on a gut level I'd say it's either the Apollo Victoria (Wicked) or the Shaftesbury (Rock of Ages, Memphis plus a few other shows). AV is more likely though. Here it is - hold your applause everybody... Apollo Victoria Theatre: 90 (Wicked) Shaftesbury Theatre: 45 (Rock of Ages (15), From Here to Eternity (2), The Pajama Game (1), Memphis (27)) Prince of Wales Theatre: 22 (Mamma Mia (1), Book of Mormon (21)) Garrick Theatre: 18 (Rock of Ages) Prince Edward Theatre: 14 (Jersey Boys (7), Miss Saigon (1), Aladdin (6)) The Shaftesbury would have overtaken the Apollo Victoria by now hadn't Memphis closed that early.

date/show/theatre/seat/price paid/ other things like cast, company I went withWow, you're even more organised than me Another spreadsheet user here. Last year I added a couple of columns which I have found useful: Before:Why am I booking this? After What did i think? They provide lots of enjoyment at the end of the year and help me whittle down my top 3. Next a pivot table.......

It would be too much effort to work out how many times I've been to each theatre, but the top eleven ranked by the number of different productions I've seen are:
21: Jermyn Street 16: Milton Keynes Theatre 13: Chichester Festival Theatre; King's Head 12: Bridewell; Bromley Churchill; Noël Coward 11: New End 9: Birmingham Alexandra; Victoria Palace; Woking New Victoria

Others of note are Barbican with about 120 attendances
Royal Court with about 140
RSC about 100
ROH about 100
Donmar/ Almeida/ Hampstead all about 90-100

Numbers very low compared with many others but it might be the Manchester Palace but have lost count. London it's the Adelphi - Sunset x 2, Chicago X 3, Joseph X 2 , Evita, LND, Sweeney Todd and the Bodyguard which makes 11 overall, closely followed by the Prince Edward.

Definitely my local, New Wimbledon. Of the top of my head, I've seen: all the pantomimes there, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Hairspray, Annie, Fame and many more I can't think of.
Close second is the Savoy where I've seen: Gypsy, Guys and Dolls, Funny Girl x2 and soon Dreamgirls.
After that it's the Adelphi where I've seen: Kinky Boots, The Bodyguard x2 and Made in Dagenham

From my database of shows, my top 10 theatres in terms of number of times i've been is as follows,
1 Kings Theatre - Edinburgh (23) 2 Kings - Glasgow (16) 3 Theatre Royal - Glasgow (12) 4 Gielgud 5 Harold Pinter 6 Old Vic 6 Royal Lyceum - Edinburgh 8 Apollo 9 National Theatre - Olivier 9 Noel Coward 9 Theatre Royal - Drury Lane 9 Theatre Royal - Haymarket 9 Trafalgar Studios 1
However that is only since I started recording everything in 2000.
Also have a record of 2381 different actors that I've seen (Darren Carnall and Jennie Dale being the people I've seen most often, 5 times) and also 3701 different production personel, with Terry King having been involved in the most productions, a staggering 19 times I've seen a show where Terry has been the fight arranger or Action Coordinator as he was billed for Zorro.

Recently, I've removed the ticket price column from my spreadsheet (the numbers were just too scary), but apart from that it's up-to-date. Will post the numbers when I'm back home. I totalled how much I'd spent earlier in the year and almost had a canary when I realised that I'd spent just over £4000 in the past 17 years. Its an average of £235 per year, which at 1 show per month over that period means I'm spending just a smige under £20 per month, which isnt so bad. ....at least thats what I'm telling myself.

Believe me, this is nothing. An earlier version of my spreadsheet still lists how much I've spent for tickets until the end of 2014. In 2014, I did see a total of 107 shows totalling at €4715,28 (£4260,44) or an average €44,07 (£39,82) per ticket. Most expensive ticket that year was Beautiful on Broadway for €87,29 (£78,87), least was Rock of Ages UK tour in Liverpool for €13,24 (£11,96).

I need to start keeping a record of seats, I want to be able to avoid the horrors while remembering where the proper bargains are.

Definitely Her Majesty's; come next August, I'd have seen Phantom four times. Others include the Phoenix (Once and Guys and Dolls), the Apollo Victoria (Wicked x2; a third time come April) and the Old Vic (Duchess of Malfi and Electra).
In Cardiff, it's definitely the New; I have a ridiculous amount of tickets booked there for the next year.

I have a spreadsheet and word document. The spreadsheet is just for theatre, but I add all concerts, trips and theatre visits to word, along with the logo or a photograph. Each year is colour coded.
I've been to the Prince Edward (multiple Miss Saigons) and Phoenix most, in equal measure. Strangely I was only totalling these figures up last night as I lay in bed trying to sleep.

Damn it, I'm now suffering from spreadsheet envy & have a horrible feeling I may be spending the weekend creating one!
Anyone else keep a list of all the understudies they've seen & all the people they have seen in multiple shows or is that just me?
I also should add the Bristol Hippodrome to my most visited theatres list as I've seen WNO there 28 times.
