Great loss to the theatre. She was as you all have said one of the best granny's in Billy Elliot. I also remember her in My Fair Lady at the National. A real scene stealer in that great show Betty Blue Eyes and such a lovely lady to meet when I got the cast cd of Betty at Dress Circle. Such a sad loss.

So sad to hear of a passing today from Baz. But I think it would be fair to say she has finally put her feet up, who proved that age was just a number.
A cracking actress in Billy Elliot and Betty Blue Eyes.
i will miss her.

Just discovered that I'd have seen her in Martin Guerre too...
She was also in her brother's shows on TV for a long time, looking a bit different from Grandma, dancing, dancing...
