Thank you! I'll print him a gift certificate and forward him the email! Phew. I'm now less frantic with worry ;-) Luckily my Hamilton tickets are for a Tuesday... no one gets married on a Tuesday. I was never forgiven for getting married at 3pm on Cup final Day in 1987...by the lifelong Coventry supporter who had to come to my wedding instead of seeing his team win the FA Cup! Enjoy the wedding, Harry Potter and Hamilton!

Hey all, I'm thinking of giving the returns queue a go on Wednesday, any advice as to what time I should turn up? I've read the reports from others in this thread but most are from several months ago so I don't know if it's more/less busy now etc. Thanks in advance.

Fortunately my dad's team didnt get to the final otherwise I don't think he would have come!

My brother was getting married the same day that my dads team was playing in the Scottish Cup Final last year, Hibernian...They ended up winning and was the first time they had won it since 1902!!! He wasn't best pleased but held in his frustrations on the day

So, I'm planning on queueing(?) on April 19 (Wednesday) as I believe it's the best day to do it so, but I heard that in April it's school holiday, is it true? Should I get there before, I don't know, 7:30 just to get sure?
I will have around £100 for the two parts, I think it's enough, right?
Also, for the probable day seats that I will try, is there a place that I can stay if stars raining or do I have to keep a rain coat with me?

That week is just after Easter, so yes, it will be school holidays.

Depends on the local authority though. Easter is fairly late this year, so all our local schools are going back on Tuesday 18th. Some schools may still be on holiday, and as London is a major tourist destination it doesn't really matter when their schools go back because people visit from all over, but it's not going to be the most intense holiday period that it could be. It's certainly going to be easier than, say, August, when *all* the schools are off and the weather should be warmer.

I lost my mind a bit today and ended up getting the £250 tickets for this Sunday. I just found myself there on the booking page, popped in the card details, vomited a little bit and then slapped myself around for nearly spending more on one booking than the rest of the year's theatre combined...
On a serious note, it really is very easy to get tickets for this if you can be flexible on the pricing. In the hour I was checking the website at lunch, tickets were popping up for dates and disappearing almost constantly. I told myself that I wanted to go this weekend and by lunch I had it booked.
I'm off to bulk buy tins of soup because that's what I'll be eating for the next few months.

£250... Whoa!
I popped into the box office today and they were able to sell me a restricted view stalls seat for £40 (£20 a part) in June. Will be a second viewing so don't mind the restricted view, was told it was one of the better of all the restricted view seats. Worth a try if you are able to pop in.

We have a genuine Rockafeller in our midst, folks . Seriously, I find in these situations that eating the soup with a fork makes it last longer, so you feel full for longer. Good luck. If anyone sees a man outside the theatre on Sunday crying for his money back, it's me. In all seriousness I'm seriously excited about making another trip to see it, and I want a good, clear view as I'll be with two Cursed Child newbies.

Woah, I do think it's unfair that they've upped the weekend premium seats prices to £250 in the last few weeks. And completely agree that it's very easy to get tickets for the show if you're willing to spend a lot of money for it. I managed to win Friday Forty tickets today for the 2nd time - I'm sitting in G28 and hoping my view isn't too restricted, I'm excited to see Tom as Albus but can't really see anyone being better than Sam tbh.

Hi Everyone! First time poster here. Visiting from NYC for the week. Not even sure if I am allowed to post this. I had to buy 2 tickets to the double billing of Harry Potter for this Wednesday (March 15) Part 1 Matinee and Part 2 Evening Performances. I am solo on this trip so I only need one of them. I bought the tickets for 150 pounds each and am looking for someone to take the other ticket for what I paid. Dress Circle Row E. You will be sitting with me so no scams here. PM me if interested. The 150 includes both shows.

I don't know if I've seen any comment about this, but do they accept credit card or only cash?

Anyone know if Sam is still off this week? I checked his Twitter but can't tell if he's back in England or still in America. I'm going to see it this Sunday on March 19th and was hoping to catch Sam as Albus again since I've seen Tom as Albus twice already.

Not sure when Sam is back. I have to say that having seen Sam last August I think I prefer Tom's portrayal of the role. Not to say that Sam was bad but I just thought that Tom fitted the part so naturally

He just seemed far more natural in the role. Albus seemed all the more believable in the hands of Tom.

James Le Lacheur will be in as Scorpius today (I didnot see her as scorpius but I read a lot of praise of portrayal of the role)
