A certain Mr Loaf at BOOH this afternoon. I thought he said he won’t do that? Well, he did - I was there and can confirm he was well and truly in attendance, in a box on the right hand side as you face the stage (and no, I don't literally mean in a box, I know what some of you lot are like!). |

Samuel West was at The Nash to join my campaign to make Katherine Parkinson a Dame for 'Home, I'm Darling' last night. He was air kissing the Mitchell Corens (both of them were there too). They also DEMANDED a damehood for KP.

I don't even know if this counts but I'll say it anyway. On Wednesday I saw Georgia Louise (current Sophie in Mamma Mia London) at Fun Home, 2/3 rows in front of me. I only noticed her at the end as we were leaving.
I also saw Ross King at the Kings Theatre in Glasgow a few weeks back, with a large entourage enjoying free drinks in the Grand Circle bar.

I only noticed her at the end as we were leaving. I'm guessing it was a matinee since Mamma Mia! doesn't have their midweek matinee until Thursday plus it's fairly easy to get from the Young Vic to the Novello as it's only a 20 minute walk or a bus ride away |

Kerry Ellis, her husband and boys were enjoying Shrek in Milton Keynes today! Saw Kerry in the foyer and had to look twice! Looked like she was really making the most of family time - she looked so happy!

David Baddiel at Fun Home (or “your man the comedian” until I could remember his name) and spotted John McCrea stood outside after so I assume he went (unless someone saw Jamie tonight and he was on in which case he has a double) clearly he fancied a night off from the Queens for the Dykes!

Dame Judi Dench at Luientenant of Inishmore tonight. I once encountered Dame Judi in the street, greeted and got chatting to her as though she was an old friend, asking her how rehearsals were going etc forgetting that I only knew her from Theatre and telly. In hindsight she looked a little afraid of the madwoman who had highjacked her stroll but was really lovely and friendly. |

Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer at Little Shop of Horrors last night!
There was also a drag queen with makeup on but no costume who I think may have been a RuPaul’s Drag Race queen. I overheard her saying to someone that she was hotfooting it to her own show once the performance was done.

At Shoshana Bean tonight.... (deep breath).... Celinde Schoenmaker, Eva Noblezada, Marisha Wallace, Asmeret Ghebremichael, Rob Houchen, Emma Hatton and Danielle Steers. And not all together! I ended up sitting in between Rachel and Marisha for the second half. They were quietly singing along while Shoshana was doing an acapella section. It was magical. |
