I saw last night that Jack is making his debut at 54 Below in NYC, woke up this morning and it's already sold out. The optimist in me is taking it as a sign that he will transfer to Broadway in the rumoured N2N revival, but even if that doesn't end up being true, I'm excited to see what he does next and hope he isn't away from the West End for too long.

Count me in as another person excited for Jack Wolfe's next musical role. Anyone else got MT roles in mind they would like to see him play? I know Orpheus/Hadestown is a popular fan casting along with Moritz/Spring Awakening since he sang in the anniversary concert.
I'd also love to see him star as the lead in a Pippin revival.

He’d said in a podcast that he’d like to do more Sondheim - George being a dream role and has also expressed his love for Floyd Collins and Adam Guettal. With the former, he’s also doing Sondheim on Sondheim which should be another terrific showcase of his talents.

While it would seem a shame to have him in a role where he doesn’t get to showcase his voice, I would love to see him in some Shakespeare. I know there’s been a call for him as Puck, but I’d quite like to see him as Romeo or Hamlet. One of the most impressive things about his interpretation of Gabe for me was that he took a character I previously found unlikeable (albeit compelling) and turned him into someone I was able to empathise with. I feel similarly about Romeo and Hamlet, so I’d love to see if he could transform those roles for me as well.
Having thought on it a little more it is strange to me that he’s doing his cabaret shows in NY after the name he’s made for himself in London (which isn’t short of cabaret venues by any means.) If his agent has a decent head on their shoulders, surely this would indicate a move to get him in front of more American audiences? Even if he doesn’t go across the pond for N2N, I’m sure Broadway would eat him up in something else.

I reckon he would make a perfectly eerie Ariel in Tempest. Thus he'd get a chance to sing, too!

Was wonderful to see him singing as George. I've only just looked up his age, I'm shocked he is 28 because he comes off as very young to me. (It's not a good thing or a bad thing, it just is - I would swear he was a teenager or early twenties.) But either way, he is a star. Can't wait to see what he does next.
