I came across an amazing actor and artist yesterday Abraham Chowdhury (casualty and other things) of somniumlondon.co.uk .
He’s drawing a collection of the architecture of theatres and creating stunning, surreal collages that include figures and animals.
He told me that he’s sometimes even commissioned to provide prints of a theatre for a company during their run as a special memento.
He’s at the Thailand showcase happening to the right of Coal Drops Yard this weekend. An absolutely wonderful guy and fantastic to have a theatre chat with.
Hope I’m not breaking any t&c’s, it just seemed like something I know I would be interested to see, if someone posted it here.
