You can order it from various secondary outlets on Amazon.

A real shame that this has been such a balls up. Obviously they focussed on Canada where they want the PR but it’s a kick in the teeth to those who spent money in the UK and have been clamouring for a recording since then.

Agree is a bit of a kick in the teeth for the UK fans who really have supported this show (in some cases with multiple return visits) since the start. There still seems to be no official UK release date. Amazon UK have it listed as an Import.
STILL - do order it from Amazon.Ca - yes the international postage is a bit much but it's well worth it. Really is a great recording of the show. And am so happy that it's complete.

Would you recommend ordering it from Canada? The cheapest delivery option is ~£10 and it would get here by early December...

I ordered through amazon.co.uk and paid £1.82 for P&P from the US I was trying to order it via the Canadian website. Will have another look. So frustrating, why can’t they release it on iTunes?

You're one lucky monkey.
I COULD order it on my local amazon.de website and get free shipping BUT it's treated as an import here and the thing costs 31.79 EUR, whereas by ordering abroad I paid 18.52 EUR including shipping from the US. It's ridiculous. I've ordered from Amazon France a few times, paid postage for international shipping BUT the item in question came from inside Germany, so they HAVE the stuff in their local warehouses anyway. Grr.

Why isn't this on iTunes? I'm a millennial, I'm not used to having to exercise patience when it comes to wanting something

When you all get it, you’re probably going to play it once then not touch it again for months. Calm down dears.

Excuse me Burly, I have been a Meat Loaf fan since I was a child, he was the first singer I ever saw live and and the only non-show tune music I have on my iTunes is Bat Out of Hell 1 through 3, Dead Ringer, Couldn't Have Said It Better, Blind Before I Stop, Welcome to the Neighbourhood, Hang Cool Teddy Bear and Braver Than We Are. I will listen to it at AT LEAST twice. Maybe three times if it loops when it gets to the end and I'm not paying attention. Calm down dear.

Thems fighting words Bear!
Whilst obviously there have been new Foo’s & Killers records since Bat closed to fill my ears with, I have still had Mr Loafs original Bat opus plus assorted ‘cuts’ from his lesser works to help me through the lonely wait for a cast recording. Only the promise of a ‘new’ (reworked pah!) Evanescence album next month is stopping me from spontaneously combusting!

But you don't have "Bat Out Of Hell, Live With the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra", or Steinman's "Bad For Good" album? What is wrong with you?

Okay, I DO have the first one I'd Do Anything For Love on that one is insane I don't have Jim Steinman's Bad for Good though. I'm a monster. I know. Much like the monster they let loose in Bat Out of Hell 3

Much like the monster they let loose in Bat Out of Hell 3 And no mention of Pandora’s Box... I thought about mentioning Pandora's Box, but didn't want to overdo it. ' Original Sin' here is one of Steinman's very best (leagues ahead of the Meat Loaf recording), 'It's All Coming Back To Me Now' has been recycled a few times, but the rest of the album isn't up to much. Bad For Good really is a great record. Better than any of Meat's Bat sequals.

Yes it is pretty poor apart from a couple, but ‘Original Sin’ is as thrilling a song as there ever was and I can’t believe they didn’t use it in ‘Bat’.

Perhaps they couldn't because it was already used in the rubbishy Tanz der Vampire that's being done to death in Germany?

Everything below 22 EUR is free of any import duties, taxes and whatnot. So as long as I order just a single CD, I'm fine. Even two (cheap-ish) CDs are still okay, as import duty is only actually levied when it's more than 5 EUR. So if you have two CDs that come to $30 and that's about 25 EUR, they won't bug you. Since postage also rises with every CD, it's really just cheapest for me to order single CDs as soon as they come out and I pick whatever seller on Amazon is cheapest (and still has good ratings Looks like the UK is stricter... or they're still counting from the days when the pound was worth a lot more...
