Just wanted to flag with people who might not be aware... watch yourselves with the otherwise excellent Old Vic (London) loyalty points scheme.
If you use points for any part of your ticket transaction then you will not earn the points accrued for that transaction.
Don't do what I did if bulk buying and spend over £800 on tickets and think "oh, I can use my points for one of these tickets" just to find you've missed out on 8400 points.
Thankfully the box office was able to sort it out - for anybody who thinks this sounds pedantic, 7000 points gets you a decent stalls seat at the old vic so it is a loyalty scheme well worth using if you are a frequent visitor or you enjoy taking friends and family.

Thanks for the tip. I had no idea that's how it worked. So, best to save points until they just about cover the cost of an order, rather than apply a small reduction like I did unwittingly on my last order.

OV schemes, including this one, baffle me & coincidentally, having only just completed a survey for them where they listed them all, I saw there was a vast number. I have no idea what they involve and despite signing up for the apparently relevant categories, I seem only ever to receive the OV Loyalty emails. Must ask next time I'm there, but have certainly noticed that whenever I try to book online, I see a message saying I can neither use my points nor earn any, so however this one works, it seems of little or no use to me.

Thanks for the tip. I had no idea that's how it worked. So, best to save points until they just about cover the cost of an order, rather than apply a small reduction like I did unwittingly on my last order. Exactly right. Box Office tried quoting terms and conditions and I told them it was ridiculous to expect loyal customers to remember the minutiae and that they really ought to have a small message informing customers that if they use loyalty points for part or all of the transaction, no loyalty points will be earned. Instead, when I was spending over £800, the "system" invited me to use some of my existing points to cover the cost of a ticket. "Great", thought I, "that's a small saving". Only to find that I'd potentially lost 8400 points. In fairness to the Box Office, they did resolve it by separating out my transaction into two transactions, so i am happy. However, I would have appreciate a little less the "sniffiness" that seems to afflict some box office staff. Ticket buying customers pay the wages, and they should remember this. A little more friendliness woudn't go amiss. But on that note, I already raised with the Old Vic the poor attitude of one of their stage staff during A Christmas Carol towards me and my family. I don't regret switching my membership from Evolve to Advance - when standards slip, so does customer loyalty.
