For me:
1 - Hampstead Theatre
2 - Manchester Lowry
3 - Leicester Curve

1) The Savoy
2) Drury Lane
3) Adelphi or Palladium or Wimbledon

I don't know about three, but Milton Keynes Theatre is one I like (though it's a while since I went there). And the toilets are spacious with cubicle doors that open outwards.

Actually I love the Open Air Theatre,mother would be somewhere in my to p 10.
I have never been to Milton Keynes or Wycombe.

Prince of Wales
Savoy mainly for its interior
Chichester for legroom

Chichester for sight lines and only having to pay £8.50 to see Imelda Staunton in Gypsy.
The Menier for quirkiness and my seat being 2 feet from Aaron Tveit at the end of Assassins
The Young Vic for doing £5 standing tickets for Streetcar then making sure all the standees got seated in the empty seats before the show started!
I really like the Adelphi, Dominion and Apollo Victoria for front row leg room too.

I certainly agree with the Royal Court, that also would be in my top 10, the most comfy seats I have sat on in theatre.
Not overly keen on the Almedia, it has pillars in the middle.

Southampton Mayflower: Most comfy seats
Prince of Wales: Good sightlines, especially from (everywhere in) the Dress Circle
Apollo Victoria: Great legroom in front row; comfy seats after the refurbishment.
