The forum rules prohibit advertising for obvious reasons. Does someone know whether this includes offering spare tickets at cost?

One post is permitted in the appropriate discussion thread, for people who have been registered for a while. Face value of the tickets must be mentioned. (We don't allow multiple advertisements, and we don't allow advertising by people who have only just registered.)

Thank you. When you say the appropriate discussion thread does that mean for the specific show? I was thinking of cheap (£5) tickets for a show off of the West End, so I wouldn't expect it to have it's own thread. Especially as it has just opened.

Your first post sounded like you had tickets that you'd bought for yourself and no longer needed while your second sounds more like you're involved with the production and trying to promote it. The former is OK; the latter is a bit iffy but tolerable (at present) so long as people know what's going on.
