Priority booking will now take place next week Email frozen? View online DISNEY Disney Frozen THE WEST END MUSICAL Priority booking will now take place next week
Disney has made the difficult decision to delay the Frozen priority on sale due to issues that have arisen with our partner’s ticketing platform for the Theatre Royal Drury Lane over the last 24 hours.
Priority booking will now take place next week.
Disney wants you to have the best and smoothest booking experience possible, and we have therefore come to the conclusion that it is better to wait a few more days and resolve any outstanding problems.
Please be assured, there will be just as many tickets available for you to book when priority booking does take place.
Please keep an eye out for another email by the end of this week with more information.

Being a bit dim here - for those of us clever/stupid enough (delete as applicable!) to have booked a ticket in the O2 pre-sale, I presume it is still valid? I received email confirmation of my priority booking, which was just before they withdrew the pre-sale.

Exactly one hour wait. Got my first choice of dates and the seats I wanted. Can't complain apart from the "frozen" hiatus!

After 1h45 I got in and managed to get tickets for the day I wanted. There wasn't the greatest selection left in the stalls so I opted for the dress circle.

Got in after 3h30 and they had 1 single seat left in middle of Row C for the first Sunday 5.30pm preview. Luckily I only needed one seat as I'm coming into London that Sunday afternoon by myself for work on Monday. So I'm happy.

Oh oops forgot about this until about half an hour ago. Got 2 balcony tickets for November.
Lots of single tickets - normally I'd go by myself and maybe spend a bit more and could have taken one of those but my friend wouldn't have forgiven me if I'd done that for Frozen so had to do some hunting for affordable weekend tickets together.
Now just have to hope she's free on the day I picked!

I think all of the emails I've had regarding the Disney Priority booking have gone into my spam emails. My email came from disney@mail.disney.co.uk and I got mine on Monday at about 5:45am if that helps

I am sad that 'For the First Time In Forever (Reprise)' has gone, as I have always liked the dynamic between the two of them during that moment, and it incorporates elements from Demi's version of 'Let It Go'. I can't say that I was enamoured by 'True Love' by Anna, but that now does mean that Anna doesn't have a solo that is purely hers. I'm surprised that if they knew they were planning on making these changes 'standard' moving forward, why they've not got Caissie and Patti in to record the new song, to then sell and a single at a later date. Glad to hear that they are making changes, since its been running for some time, and they've had various productions in rehearsal, so it means that they can tweak things to make it work better for them!

I am not a massive fan of the mass market theatre they produce. But at least they are working on it. Also I find the casting to be so inspired.

Hi guys any news on frozen casting. Wonder when the cast will be announced. Thank GOODNESS True Love is CUT! Now add an Ice Castle and this show might get more than the 6/10 I gave it on Broadway

I saw the Frozen show at Disney California Adventure this past week and thought it was excellent. I loved how they did Olaf and Sven. And a huge ice staircase they move around worked well. Its an hour long version and shows how much padding has been added to the full musical. Visually, the projections were amazing. If only they would take the best elements from both it would be great.

You mean Disney *aren't* in crisis meetings frantically trying to think of ways to get musicalmarge to up their 6/10??

You mean Disney *aren't* in crisis meetings frantically trying to think of ways to get musicalmarge to up their 6/10?? Humour. Ha. Ugh. Actually I see they have added a small staircase on the US TOUR? Most of my mates performers/producers on Broadway all think Let It Go is a total disappointment too. Just think of how it could have been staged! Fingers crossed this new small staircase adds something!

I wouldnt want to see an actual castle on stage like the Beasts castle tower as personally I always found it looked a bit odd and cramped but the moment needs something. The staircase in DCA is very effective, or something like I Will Always Love You in the Bodyguard. These days the big pantos nearly always have wow moments, so with disneys budgets and sources they should be able to deliver. But as has been stated before, I suspect the 'vision' is to keep it simple and let the song speak for itself. The projections are very well done though

For me, Let It Go was really effective and affective when I saw it on Broadway. It also would have made no sense to have a castle created during the song as she’s already been living there a while in the show by the time Let It Go arrives.

Why did they add a new staircase on the tour then? If they were so happy with it? Hm

They cant replicate it at every venue on tour so need the staircase to hide how it's done
