Because it's against the Ts&Cs of the forum to share links to such or even name them. How does one know where to find these? Can a clue be given? I’m intrigued! I used to ask that question. Then I remembered Google was my friend, it is surprisingly easy to find some of them.

I usually find Todaytix special offers entirely resistible once I've checked and found once again that the system offers me a terrible seat in the back of beyond. As indeed it did initially for this, but by persevering I was able to book an aisle seat in the front stalls for an evening midweek, so I succumbed. Should I not like it despite all the praise here, at least I'll be ideally placed to make a swift exit! Plus it follows a matinee of Death Of A Salesman, which sounds horribly heavy (and actually more something I "ought" to see than wish to), so should provide a good balance.

I'm toying with booking Stalls M34 as that's the best option I think for a Saturday with the offer. Hmm what to do?! I certainly can't afford full price which is what I inevitably end up paying for weekends.

Saw this again tonight. Omg It’s just insanely enjoyable. Impossible not to completely love it.
A few changes, Juliet now flies not once but twice (I wonder if there was a tech problem that prevented this the first time I was there) and a couple of the jokes were changed. Cast even better than the second preview. And as discouraging as the sales might be they cannot fail to feel totally loved every night because the audience is going mad for it.
You are in for a treat, especially at £25.

Just booked some of the £25 tickets on TodayTix for November! Decided to go with the Royal Circle rather then the stalls, as all of the stalls seats were quite far back, and with the reports of flying, I wanted to make sure we had a fully clear view of all of the stage. We had friends who saw it in Manchester and raved about it, so now really can't wait to see it for myself!

Saw this in Manchester earlier in the month and really enjoyed it. Wanted to go again but the prices were a little off putting, so was waiting out for deals/dayseats/rush. Managed to grab a row g stalls seat for November so looking forward to going again.

The offers are disappointing for Manc at the moment. I was going to go again next week but can only find theatrecard £5 off on second price 😡.
I’d forgotten who sang That’s The Way It Is so looked it upon YouTube to find Celine Dion honking it out through her nasal passages. Dreadful. Cassidy Janson takes it to a completely different level.

Trip south of the Watford Gap? Or not worth it for a 2nd visit, even at £25 with Todaytix?

Can’t really do TT showgirl. Random seat allocation scares the heck out of me. And according to 🥜🍌🥜🍌 the Shaftesbury isnt great for tall folk so I needto choose carefully. I think my friend in Paris and his mum would love it though so I might look at a trip in the new year.

I’m worried for this great show. Just checked tickets for tomorrow and there’s hardly any seats sold for tomorrow night. Pretty much the whole theatre left to choose from. This is not good

I seem to remember the centre aisle seats in the upper circle front row being the most acceptable. The rear stalls were crippling.

Yes, though for some reason I haven't been to the Shaftesbury for years, I recall it being strange and barn-like. Hoping the show will compensate for the venue.

Call me old/gay/tall/neurotic/claustrophobic/all of the above but I totally can't cope with not selecting my own (aisle) seat in advance.

(It’s the very last option on the list of prices/discounts and the only way I could select it was on a laptop and by zooming out of the webpage. iPhone and tablet views of the page render the option unclickable.)

I’m 6”2 and have never been to the Shaftesbury so these comments are a bit worrying for me. So far the worst West End venue for me has been the Phoenix due to how cramped it is, but regionally, the Palace in MCR was very tight legroom-wise.

Agree with you both: the only option which works for me is simply not booking if I dislike the seat location offered. Which means not booking most of the time but this time I was lucky in being offered an aisle seat AND not in the back of beyond as usual. If however it's front row I'll take anything as they're usually cheaper, as for instance with Adrian Mole.

The code MANCHESTER20 is valid for £20 tickets for all performances except October 11th and 12th.

I keep trying on the today fix offer but keep getting offered middle of a row and unfortunately I need an aisle seat. I know I shouldn't be such a cheapskate and pay the normal price to get the seat I want but it's a show I'm mildly interested in seeing rather than a must see. I'll keep trying fingers crossed.

Going again this weekend. We were thinking about what to do that was mindless but fun given that the weather is looking pretty foul, and this will fit the bill perfectly.
And I remember losing all sensation in both knees at the Shaftesbury - still not as bad as certain seats in the Palace but pretty tight. It would be nice to think that the reseating would address this but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm 6'6" and have been to the Shaftesbury a few times - I've only ever sat in the Stalls and I remember it being tight but not agonising. I could physically fit in the seat which hasn't always been the case in London!

I also have this problem but it persists even on my laptop - and it is completely ridiculous! Not found a way of being able to see the last option on the discounts list when logged in with the ATG card - and this problem is not unique to this show. I'd call ATG but frankly I may as well call the cat.

I'd call ATG but frankly I may as well call the cat. I had a spectacularly useless interaction with them last week, in fact. Did make a formal complaint. At 7p per minute you expect customer service. Sorry to hear that - agree much of their 'service' is anything but! So annoying as aside from certain issues I do value the ATG card.

Is 19 Nov opening night or something? Was planning on a visit on 20 Nov matinee and it’s dark? The 20th is press night, hence why it’s not showing on list of dates. Looks like they’re going for a Thursday matinee, so there wouldn’t have been one on the 20th in any case.
