Some of Linzi's dates. She also confirms she won't be covering any of Alexandra's dates if she's off

Ok, I was wrong! Never been so pleased to be mistaken! I’m hoping against hope it (and Linzi) comes to Stoke as all dates not announced yet but if not, it’s a hop skip and a jump up the M6 to Liverpool for me! Some good news at last after a very stressful few weeks for me!!

I wonder what the deal is here, because I’d assumed that the Bat tour would go to the WMC too but its going to the New instead. Is the set really that reduced? Are the acoustics good enough to support the monster sound design?
Are they trying to move away from being a short run receiving house and only looking at lengthy sit downs? Or did the dates just not fit? Who can say…
NB Whoop whoop front row centre tix booked for Bristol!

There has been a change in management at the New Theatre, from local authority with a 500k annual subsidy, to HQ/Trafalgar. If they don't get the big shows they won't be able to pay the rent, let alone make a profit.

I'm very surprised the official website doesn't even talk about the tour yet. Presumably it will soon enough.

What's the deal with Southampton's narrator? Only starring Jason & Jac according to the tour dates page. Is it still yet to be announced or is just neither or them?

It’s Su Pollard. Burke & Hately are both busy on a walking tour of every ‘Iceland’ store within the M25 radius that week…not for charity, just for a laugh, so can’t do it. I think she’ll be ace! 😂😂😂😂😜

I do wonder though as well if she’ll be able to do all her dates. Not in anyway suggesting pregnant woman are invalids, but I imagine (I dunno I’ve never been pregnant) that some of the more physical stuff will be difficult as she will be about 8 months gone in May. They may just change the choreography a bit. We shall have to wait and see!

Alexandra has confirmed on insta she’s still doing the Joseph tour as scheduled! I did wonder a while back why her and Linzi were not alternating dates and Linzi was doing a big clump in the middle of the tour! She’s obviously just covering her mat leave. Seems it’s worked out well!
