I caught this afternoon and am really pleased I did. It's a great concept and has some really catchy numbers in it and is very different to anything I've seen.
Huge standing ovation from the audience afterwards, with the actors and musicians obviously genuinely pleased with the reaction (I guess this would have been the second performance?).
For me, this still would benefit from some work and some edits/re-writes - which would probably make it worthy to a bigger West End theatre and a longer run. I thought it ran out of steam for a while about 2/3 of the way through, and perhaps changing one of the queen songs might help. I also thought the ending was a bit clunky and rushed. I'd also like another song sung by all of the queens half-way through.
But that said, it was great and really fun and different and well deserving of the reaction. Let's hope it sees a life beyond what's been currently announced.

Loved this today! Like getting a GCSE history lesson from Little Mix 😂 great songs, great choreography, great voices. Standing ovation at the end.
Having had the misfortune of sitting through Guy The Musical a couple of days ago, Six has gone some way to restore my faith in new musical writing!!

I was there reviewing it for the press night. They're really not going to like me 😂 Six was great though. I'd love a cast recording at some point, the girls were fantastic.

Having had the misfortune of sitting through Guy The Musical a couple of days ago, Six has gone some way to restore my faith in new musical writing!! Yesterday I saw ‘Guy’ at 1pm followed by ‘Six’ at 4pm and ‘Fun Home’ at 7:30pm. I’m SO glad Guy was the first show of the day - it was truly excruciating. Seeing ‘Six’ immediately afterwards saved me from vowing never to visit a theatre ever again.

(Hope this is ok to post, if not just delete it mods!) The only offer I've seen for the regional venues is from a flyer they were giving out at the Fringe, and if you use the code UNDERBELLY, that'll get you Edinburgh prices to see the show, on limited dates: Arts - Aug 30th-Sept 9th Kingston - Oct 31st-Nov 1st Southampton - November 13th-15th Salford - December 4th-7th Glasgow (use code UNDERB) - December 20th-21st Many thanks for sharing this. The secret at the Lowry, and maybe some of the other venues, is to type UNDERBELLY as Underbelly.

I've decided to bite the bullet and go see this in Glasgow too. I want to see Natalie as Jane Seymour as Grace was on last time, and I just generally need to see the show again. There are tickets available at £11 in the back row, but it's a small venue so I don't think it'll matter being that far back. I want see this in london ! anyone know if stall J 17 it's worth consider to buy. People said . it;s ok seat. Any ifno about affectect in This show ( pillar i mean) I already want see in london ETAB/ Heathers or Potter so no many money left .

What's the verdict on the back row of the circle slips? Worth a punt?

J17 is worth a try if you can't get anything on the front row for the same money. It is beside, rather than behind a pillar, so you may lose a tiny bit, but it really isn't bad. and this moments there is nothing cheaper in previous row . and 12 pounds i is not really that much booking is done. We will see

Finally got to see this last night, really enjoyed it. Took a gamble on one of the £6 back row slip seats and what a steal that was, hardly missed anything due to the nature of the staging. I went in not knowing much about the show through choice, wasn't necessarily what I expected but I liked it, debating going back again in a few weeks.

I saw this yesterday and thought it was crazy, sassy, hilarious and immediately came out and rebooked. The music is so catchy and I can't wait for more songs to be released. Everyone had such a great time - the cast and the audience. I can't wait to see it again!

I've opted to see this at Kingston as given the choice, I couldn't face the awful auditorium at the Arts. I did try the offer code but it actually made tickets more expensive; instead, I'm very happy with my aisle seat at the rear of the stalls (not far back at this venue) for £15.

I also saw this last night (new writing day with Eugenius and Six!). What a show! If it’s eligible I can seeing this winning the Best entertainment Olivier award.
Great music, great performances and very imaginative.

I'm seeing this again at the Lowry in December, and I'm sooooo tempted to buy more tickets for the evening of the same day, and go twice.

Seeing reports on Facebook that the full cast recording has been released on Spotify. Can still only see 3 songs on Apple Music at the moment, hoping they'll add the rest there too soon!

The full cast recording is indeed on Spotify, I'm listening to it now. Glad that it's finally out and we can hear those songs again.

Well I was at the Arts tonight thanks to the Theatreboard prize draw.
I loved the first 15 minutes.
Unfortunately we then had a show stop, after 5 minutes sent out to the bar and after another half hour the show has been cancelled due to performers’ health and safety.
Hope to get another chance to see this as it was extremely promising...

Did you catch what we are supposed to do about tickets? Didn't want to go annoy the poor box office people who looked highly stressed!

It is all on there but you have to search quite hard for it. Maybe try searching for Haus of Holbein and it should find the album.

I was struggling to get tickets to this at Glasgow, due to high demands and Ticketmaster failing to recognise my password, but my friend has offered to sell me his! Very excited to see Natalie’s take on Jane, and I’m really hoping to see Grace again, particularly as K.Howard.

I was there too, apparently the stage was too slippery to continue! We were told we'd receive an automatic refund. Shame because the first 15 minutes were good fun.

Now that the cast recording is out - does anyone know where I can pick up sheet music? (meanwhile, on Spotify "Heart of Stone" is not playing for me)

After listening to the cast recording for the whole of yesterday afternoon I’ve caved and bought tickets for the final performance at the arts. Looking forward to seeing it again

Heart on Stone plays for me fine in Spotify. I was slightly scared off of this show by the inclusion of the 'Greensleeves' theme in the main song (Ex-Wives) used for promotion as the main hook. Mentally scared by Greensleeves from primary school and never recovered. Giving the soundtrack a go though and pleasantly surprised. Quite like the Lily Allen/Jessie J hybrid "Don't Loose your Head".

The stage was too slippery? Well that’s an interesting one. Right?! They said they’d tried everything to make it safe including spraying hairspray on the stage it but nothing had worked. Rather odd!
