Looking at reviews of previous productions this isn’t at all the sort of thing I was expecting - seems more like something Katie Mitchell would delight us with.

Ok, ok, slow yes but I’m getting it now. The trilogy is three people. So should be trio, no?

According to an NT tweet But I suppose they could just be confirming there are no more Lehmans. They'll need understudies, surely? Oh flip I was planning to make a return but didn't expect it to be in a tweet quoted rather than my first comment. Got my ticket and now curious considering above

I think I thought that as this is going to be nearly 4 hours and covers the stories across many generations and would have a large cast telling an epic story and that the announcement of the 3 leads would soon be followed an announcement of the rest of the cast. But no. It’s just a three hander. With little dialogue. Hmmm Six cast members listed in the new season leaflet: Cast Adam Godley Will Harrison-Wallace Ben Miles Leighton Pugh Simon Russell Beale Dominik Tiefenthaler

The internet informs me that "Will Harrison-Wallace portrayed One-Eyed Foreign Alien in Guardians of the Galaxy". The more you know!

I am a little short sighted and just posting a full stop is a visual challenge for me. So now I’ve seen it, what do you mean?

This is what I did until I realised there is a “delete post” function. Peace and love to your eyes.

This is what I did until I realised there is a “delete post” function. Peace and love to your eyes. Me too. Didn't know there was a delete post option now - if it can be extended to let me delete other people's posts then the system would be just about perfect.

I've not been able to find it myself, but if you want a post deleted, there's always the Report function. Just report your own post, and in the comments box ask politely if the mods wouldn't mind deleting it please.

Where is this delete post function please? Profile/Activity and hover over the message you want to remove and you should see a delete link

So we gather from this photo that it is a play about the founding of the bank. Lots of irony I expect and knowing pauses. I’m not expecting all that much actually and these pics don’t encourage me. Hope I’m proved wrong.

A quick tip-off - and it may be that some on here have already spotted this. The NT has quietly put tickets for the final few shows of the run up for public sale on the website (ie, I think anyone can buy them right now). So if there's anyone out there who hasn't booked this yet, or has had to make do with not-so-good seats, there are stacks of lovely £15 front stalls tickets on sale right now. It's the dates from Monday 24th September onwards...

So tempted to get a £15 ticket. Just a but dubious when I read there was little dialogue yet a running time of almost 4 hours? Dammit I wanted to see a SRB soliloquy! If there's little dialogue then what do they do for 4 hours?

"Movement", if the list of creatives is anything to go by. For three hours and forty minutes. SUCH fun!

If the "very little dialogue" rumour is true, then I am going to kick up SOME STINK when SRB stands stationary and rarely-speaking on the Lyttelton stage for the best part of four hours. I imagine Polly Bennett, credited with "movement", would be fairly disgruntled by this too.
