Do you know many international west end actors? Are there any stand-out performances?
In Korea, some actors starred in West end.
1. Sooha Kim
She starred in "Miss Saigon" Ensenble and was an understudy for the role of Kim. Also it was her debut work!
2. Sangwoong Jo
He starred in "Miss Saigon" role of Thuy. Quick aside, he made his debut in Japan. I think he will be cosmopolitan musical actor!
3. Hong Kwang-ho He starred in "Miss Saigon" role of Thuy. Despite his role was villain, his acting was classy.
4. NaYoung Jeon She starred in "Les Miserables" role of Fantine. She is foreign resident abroad, so she can starred in West End more easily. Also her Korean debut work was "Les Miserables" role of Fantine! Now she is working in Korea. Quick aside, she played a role of Fantine of first of Asian.
Quick aside, there are so many Korean musical actors who good enough for go into West End, but they can't go because of language. So if you are would-be musical actor who non-English-speaking person, I recommend to study of English!

I've seen all of them but NaYoung Jeon. They are all extremely talented and their voices stunning, especially Hong Kwang-Ho. I only heard audios of NaYoung sing Fantine and she sounded beautiful. She's also on the Dutch cast recording of Miss Saigon as Kim and sounds great. Korea has a very interesting and thriving musical theatre scene, and I normally do check out cast recordings from there when I get the chance.

Two Germans turned up in the West End at some point, tall blonde Germanic Uwe Kröger as short dark Corsican Napoleon in the musical flop of the same name and Hartwig Rudolz, who had done Javert in Germany and played the part again in London for a while. He whinged a lot about having to do eight performances a week, as he is used to the German system, where the first cast plays about 4-5 performances a week and gets a lot of off-time to do their own things, concerts, starring in other productions simultaneously and so on, making it a lottery for the audience whether they see the first cast, the alternate or the third understudy. I was very embarrassed by his whinging about -gasp!- having to actually commit to a show full-time.
Of course when you mention Germans in London, you should also mention Ute Lemper who opened "Chicago" with Ruthie Henshall a long time ago.
I'm sure there were more, though these are the ones that I remember.
There's also a fairly big Swedish contingent in London - Peter Jöback did Chris and the Phantom, Fred Johansen (who once upon a time spelled himself by his real name Johansson) has been around London forever and didn't the Swedes do a casting show on telly to find someone to play the Lady of the Lake in London's Spamalot? Forgot her name.

I met Pia Douwes in London more than a decade ago. She was very nice.
I think I read something about Gabriela Garcia being from Mexico. (If true we should build a wall to keep her here (but only if she wants to.))

Sanne den Besten, NL (Les Mis/Mamma Mia) Tim Driessen, BE (Jersey Boys) Hans Peter Janssens, BE (Les Mis) Kok-Hwa Lie, NL (Here Lies Love)
I thought there was a Dutchie cast in 42nd street but I can't find his name, so it could be it's another production. Already named Celinde, Pia and Willemijn. And I believe there was another Dutchie in Miss Saigon, but not sure.

There's Hans Peter Janssens from Belgium, who played Valjean for about 3 years and later played Javert for 2 years or so. Also Tim Driesen from Belgium as well who played Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys. He was in Rock Of Ages and Never Forget as well.

I wish he'd come back to Les Mis, or maybe take over as the Phantom
