UNKLE at Fabric on Thursday. Not sure how much of this I’ll get to see, all the trains from Farringdon are ****ed tonight and I don’t want to come out at midnight, only to end up marooned there.

I've managed 9 shows in a week on a couple of occasions. It's my birthday this Thursday (10/10) so I thought it would be a perfect self-gift / challenge to book and hopefully see 10 musicals in 7 days.
Monday - A Slice Of Saturday Night Erith Playhouse
Tuesday - Islanders Southwark Playhouse + Grease Bromley Churchill Theatre
Wednesday - Lion King Bristol Hippodrome (overnight stay in S.Wales)
Thursday - Daddy Long Legs Cirencester Barn Theatre
Friday I Love You, You're Perfect London Network Theatre
Saturday 42nd Street Staines Magna Carta Arts Centre + Sound Of Music Epsom Playhouse
Sunday Gentleman Prefer Blondes London Union Theatre + Singing In The Rain Adelphi (Showtime 48 hours Challenge for Lewy Body Society)

Same birthday as moi, FrontroverPaul ! Big week for my Festival Hall's - Madam; last night it was Sheku Kanneh-Mason with Elgar, Brittan and Sibelius. Next Saturday it's the big shouty one. In between (birthday!), a lovely matinee with Caryl Churchill at the Royal Court. After which, all roads lead to Harrods Food Hall ..

Hansard Saturday. DM me if you are going to be at NT, could meet for a pre show moan. Matinee or evening? I feel you're going to be safe and it'll be the wrong way round for me.

In between (birthday!), a lovely matinee with Caryl Churchill at the Royal Court. After which, all roads lead to Harrods Food Hall .. I shall dine for my birthday lunch at the chippie near the Barn Theatre in Cirencester and then a late night feast of my favourite lamb shank dinner which my wife will have prepared . There's highbrow, lowbrow and several steps under lowbrow there's me. Doubt if they'd even let me in at Harrods !

I'm going to Scarborough on Saturday to see The Monstrous Heart. I've heard several of Oliver Emmanuel's plays on Radio 4 and liked them, and he's nice on Twitter, and the play sounds interesting.

Quite the week of local politics but weaved around that is a Balcony-level erection at the Opera House tomorrow, an immersive day at the National with Hansard on Tuesday - inc. cast members! and then an evening with Two Ladies on Saturday.
Not sure I'll have the puff left for Lungs next Monday, at least it's local.

Heading to London at the weekend to celebrate my 50th Birthday.
Only tickets we have booked are Harry Potter for Saturday but hope to be successful with TodayTix for Rush Seats for 9to5 or Big on Thursday and Magic Mike on Friday.
Fingers crossed 🤞
